Want some help reaching your personal fitness goals? Maybe you belong to a gym and have even tried personal training, but did not get the attention and results you were hoping for? Or maybe the thought of a gym just does not motivate you. Maybe you would like some help with training at your home. Then this program is for you.
This program is adapted to you; to your schedule, to your goals, to your training style. We listen to you, understand what you want to achieve and put together a training program for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. We literally design a program just for you.
You have contact avenues to your coach 7 days a week via phone, e-mail, IM; you name it. You receive your workout plan using the tools on this website. You choose how often you want personal sessions with your coach. We form a team with you to achieve your goals. You can train on your own or we can come to your home to help you train.
There is no contract, minimum fees, or setup fees with this program. Billing is monthly, the cost reflecting the level and frequency of one-on-one support you wish. There is no set program. The program can vary monthly depending on your schedule and your desires. We aim to keep it simple.
