Ever wonder how fast you should be training? Do you just go out and run as fast as you can every time? Have you established pace zones in the past, but it has been a while since you have tested yourself to see if they are still accurate? If any of the above are true, I am happy to help. Just get in contact with me through phone or e-mail and I will be happy to help you establish your run pace training zones. There is absolutely no charge or obligation for this service. I will need to know some basic information from you. How long have you been running? How far or how long can you comfortably run? Do you have any race times from 5ks, 10 ks, etc? How much do you run per week? Do you have an upcoming race or event you are training for? From this information, I can provide you some simple estimates and guidelines for your training pace zones. Or if you prefer, I can provide you with simple tests you can conduct on your own which will provide me up-to-date information to establish your zones. You should run sessions at different paces during the week. It helps train your different energy systems, makes you a faster runner, provides interesting variations in training, and ensures that you progress as a runner while allowing your body time to recover. From the information you provide me, I can provide you some simple guidelines to use when developing your own training schedule.
